Suffolk's Jennifer Newton Wins National Enterprising Woman Award


 

Suffolk based Jennifer Newton, of Newton HR, was announced winner of the Customer Impact Award 2009 at Enterprising Women’s prestigious annual Awards, by a team of experienced judges who have over 100 years combined involvement in supporting small business.
 
Newtonhr Ltd provides effective HR Management solutions to clients through the development of practical, affordable techniques that are creative and business focussed. Jennifer was delighted by the panel’s recognition, saying: “I’m thrilled, it’s a great achievement for the business! Winning this award marks a significant time for Newtonhr and is testimony to the successful work we have delivered to our clients to date. We’re now ready to make more impact by continuing to develop our services and uphold our philosophy that every company we work with is the only one of its kind.”
 
As well as managing high risk, complex HR Management issues Newtonhr Ltd also provides traditional HR services to clients. The team troubleshoot employee relations matters and deal with everyday employee issues, develop simple reporting systems and legally compliant contracts of employment, policy and procedures – The company has achieved significant success with their micro HR service designed exclusively for employers of fewer than 10, Newtonhr-in-a-box.
